Mike Herman has been helping homeowners enhance the beauty and function of their homes for over 30 years.
A former high school teacher and coach, Mike transitioned in his career to the window covering business. He soon became the production manager for a major window and blind manufacturer. In the fall of 2000, Mike and his wife Linda decided they were ready to launch Marco Shutters, a wholesale fabricator of indoor plantation shutters.
Benefiting from the relationships Mike had established with area interior designers and home builders, the business grew quickly. He’d proven he could deliver premium quality shutters and blinds to fit virtually any budget. Mike uses only American resources and building supplies, and his team builds every piece locally and to order.
