Our custom large window shutters can be built up to 40” wide and 100” tall in a single panel. Using American hardwoods, they’re constructed with finger-jointed louvers, which allows for them to be tilted to the desired position – and stay that way.
Louvers come in 2 1/2”, 3 1/2”, and 4 1/2” widths. There’s a special advantage to using 4 1/2″ widths – there’s 4″ between the louvers instead of 2 or 3 inches. This wider space allows for great views when you tilt open the louvers. You won’t have to swing open a shutter panel to enjoy those great views of the pool or the golf course.
